Position Requirements
Mandatory
- 7 + years of electronic data-processing systems study, design, and programming (including 4 + years in a lead role)
- Bachelor s degree (or an additional 4 years of qualifying experience)
- Full-time availability starting late June 2025
- Remote work permitted anywhere in the continental U.S. (occasional travel to Sacramento may be required)
Preferred (scored)
- Current OutSystems certification (Professional Web Developer, Web Developer Specialist, or Expert Reactive Web Developer)
- 5 + years building and configuring solutions on OutSystems
- 5 + years designing dashboards and reports within OutSystems
- 5 + years architecting web-service API integrations
- 3 + years integrating with IAM solutions (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, etc.)
3 + years developing accessible solutions compliant with WCAG 2.x / Section 508
