Individuals must meet both:
1. Basic Requirements :
A. Experience- Experience that demonstrated each of the four competencies below; the experience must be IT-related. Experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, certification), as appropriate.
B. Education:
GS-9: Education: Master's or equivalent degree related to Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Technology Management; OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree; OR a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
GS-11: Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree related to Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Technology Management; OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks.
In additional to the basic requirements above, applicants must meet the specialized experience identified below:

Specialized Experience: You must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level in Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience that demonstrates the ability to provide IT customer support services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software and networked systems, and maintenance of internet servers and websites.
GS-11: To be eligible at the GS-11 level, you must meet one of the following:
Specialized Experience: You must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level in Federal service. Specializedexperience is defined as as experience that demonstrates the ability to provide IT customer support services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software and networked systems, and maintenance of internet servers and websites. In addition, providing user training on routine applications, conducting information security analysis and compliance, and management of web design and legal compliance.
Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies. If your agency has notified you in writing that you are a displaced employee eligible for ICTAP consideration, you may receive selection priority if: 1) this vacancy is within your ICTAP eligibility; 2) you apply under the instructions in the announcement; and 3) you are found well-qualified for this vacancy. Help

- Resolves hardware/software interface and interoperability problems;
- Optimizes system performance and identifies components to improve overall systems performance;
- Manages accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment;
- Monitors functionality, security and integrity of internet services;

- Installs, configures, and maintains litigation support equipment
- Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains customer hardware and software
