Job title: DOA | Senior Implementation Coordination Consultant
Location: Madison, WI Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Senior Implementation Coordination Consultant
Experience: at least 8 years of experience in complex government project/program management and coordinating implementation or delivery workstreams for enterprise initiatives.
Nice to have skills including experience with:
- Process integration and software consolidation across disparate and siloed teams.
- Data-driven judgement.
- Conflict navigation and negotiation between policy, process, business users, and system developers to enact positive change.
- Knowledge of information technology solutions in PeopleSoft.
- Experience working in a government setting.
Duties:
- This position will be an integral part of the tHRive Program Management Team comprised of HR Leadership as well as expert contractors specializing in change management and business analysis to gather and analyze the current state of various HR processes to better understand how they differ across the division and where standardization and improvements are possible. The outcomes of that analysis will drive solutions that advance how key functions of human resources are administered across the client landscape partnering with internal and external stakeholders including HR professionals, business managers, policy owners, subject matter experts and customers to bring about the desired outcomes.
- Reduce the risk of project failures and optimize project resources.
- Monitor the overall project and report on project issues using performance metrics to measure the overall progress.
- Take a hands-on approach guiding project processes and techniques along with continuous process improvement lens minimizing project cycle-time and maximizing the probability of success.
- Provide training as needed.
Location of project: Candidate must reside in the state of Wisconsin with the primary work location designated as Madison, WI. Full time hybrid with a minimum expectation of one to two days in the office a week, typically on Wednesdays. The state will provide the tech equipment needed.
