Job Details
What You Will Do:
The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the organization's enterprise application portfolio. This role ensures application availability, manages user access, coordinates with vendors, and assists in system upgrades and integrations, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT best practices. Administers, configures and maintains enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and core banking applications. Provides tier 1 support for enterprise application incidents and service requests. Performs system updates, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure application reliability and security. Collaborates with business units to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. Manages application user roles, access rights, and permissions following compliance guidelines. Documents procedures, system configurations, and workflows. Coordinates with vendors for issue resolution, support contracts, and licensing. Assists with application integrations using APIs or middleware tools. Participates in business continuity and disaster recovery planning related to application systems. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
What We Require:
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a mid to large-sized organization. Familiarity with core banking and financial, CRM, and web-based systems. Familiarity with core banking and financial, CRM, and web-based systems.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Superb interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Able to sustain software/hardware vendors and suppliers of related information and services. Experience with ITIL practices or change management processes a plus.
