Job Description:
Role: Field Desktop Support Technician
Location: Irvine, CA and El Segundo, CA(Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced desktop support: troubleshooting, configuration, and software installation.
- Support and administer M365, Windows, Active Directory, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, including:
- Password resets
- Account information support
- Case number information
- Adobe Reader issues
- Browser issues
- General computer issues
- Internet connectivity problems
- Set up equipment for new and existing employees.
- Image computers using various methods.
- Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripherals within office premises.
- Demonstrate strong networking skills: IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access points.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software, hardware, and network support.
- Provided technical assistance for Windows (7, 8, 10) and Microsoft Office (2010 Office 365, M365).
- Hands-on experience with Windows, M365, PC, and printer configuration.
- Strong customer service orientation: detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and responsive.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with strong active listening ability.
