Technical Project Manager with Digital and Marketing experience

Job Description:

1. Ability to collaborate across teams and able to build and leverage strong working relationships and bring different opinions to consensus.
2. Experience managing multiple simultaneous initiatives, priorities, and teams.
3. Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams.
4. Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques.
6. Pro-active collaboration with ability to build trust through transparency of information and delivering on commitment.
7. Proven ability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence others without direct authority.
8. Consistently question assumptions, challenge the status quo, and strive for improvement.
9. Never settle for being "good enough"
10. Knowledge of Customer Marketing technology ecosystem and related programs is preferred.
