Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce and nCino solutions across Commercial Lending workflows. Implement Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Process Builder. Configure and customize nCino modules including onboarding, credit memo, loan origination workflows, and collateral tracking. Integrate Salesforce/nCino with external systems using APIs and middleware. Participate in end-to-end SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore development teams. Troubleshoot production issues and support defect triaging/resolution. Ensure development follows Salesforce and nCino governance, best practices, and security models. Prepare documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer/training efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
 8+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing the nCino Managed Package in banking or lending domains.
 Strong experience with:
 Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
