About the Role:
We are seeking a Program Manager to support a high-visibility, multi-year cybersecurity program. This role is critical to driving strategic security initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with executive leadership-including the CISO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams-to manage projects, track progress, and communicate impact effectively.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure and clarity to complex security programs, take ownership of reporting and deliverables, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead and coordinate projects within the broader cybersecurity program portfolio.
- Collaborate with the CISO, senior leaders, and technical teams to develop and present program updates.
- Own the creation of executive-level presentations and reports that tell a clear, data-driven story.
- Track and manage program milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and PowerBI.
- Support strategic planning and roadmap development for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across security, engineering, and operations teams.
- Provide programmatic visibility through dashboards, reports, and regular updates.
- 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in cybersecurity or IT.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills-able to translate technical data into executive-ready content.
- Proficiency with Jira, Excel, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
- Experience working with or presenting to executive leadership.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical background or familiarity with security tools and concepts is a strong plus.
