About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead .NET Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, and expertise in building front-end components using Blazor. This role demands leadership capabilities, including the ability to define, break down, and delegate tasks effectively within a development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality .NET applications.
  • Architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET Core and Blazor.
  • Define and decompose technical tasks and distribute them among team members.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and data structures using PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Enforce best practices in code quality, version control, and Agile processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of strong experience in .NET development, including .NET Core.
  • Proven experience working with PostgreSQL as the primary database.
  • Hands-on experience in building responsive front-end interfaces using Blazor.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and manage technical roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
