Description
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Administrator to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our organization's digital assets by implementing robust security measures, monitoring threats, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong ability to analyze risks and develop solutions to enhance overall cybersecurity posture.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage cloud security across platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365 to ensure adherence to security standards.
Monitor security events in real-time using advanced tools, conducting forensic investigations when necessary.
Administer Identity and Access Management systems, including privileged access controls, to enforce least privilege principles.
Evaluate technologies and implement protocols to prevent unauthorized access to networks and systems.
Develop and deploy Data Loss Prevention solutions to protect sensitive information against unauthorized access or sharing.
Automate routine tasks and optimize workflows to enhance team efficiency and capabilities.
Maintain and update Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems for centralized threat detection and analysis.
Prepare formal reports, including incident documentation, root cause analyses, and after-action reviews.
Revise and maintain incident response and business continuity plans to ensure swift handling of security incidents.
Conduct security awareness training to educate employees on best practices and emerging threats.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
Strong expertise in firewall technologies, including Checkpoint and Cisco ASA.
Proficiency in managing and configuring Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure Sentinel for threat monitoring and analysis.
Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and tools.
Knowledge of configuration management and automation processes.
Demonstrated ability to conduct forensic analysis and develop incident response strategies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training and report findings.
