Job Title: Windows 11 Deployment & Migration Specialist
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Denver, CO ( 5 Days Onsite )
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience deploying and migrating Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 features, settings, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (O365) and Microsoft Admin Portals (Exchange, O365, Azure).
Experience with Intune/Autopilot or similar device management tools.
Knowledge of SCCM or other endpoint management solutions.
Understanding of Active Directory (Group Policy, Users/Groups, Sites and Services).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to assist with a large-scale Windows 11 deployment and migration project. You will be responsible for deploying Windows 11 on new devices, upgrading existing devices from Windows 10, and providing technical support to end users throughout and after the migration process. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and hands-on experience with Windows OS environments in an enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy Windows 11 on new devices and manage upgrades from Windows 10 on existing devices.
Provide end-user support during and after migration to resolve issues quickly.
Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, email, or in person, following established SLA standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 related issues, including configuration and software compatibility.
Collaborate with the IT Help Desk team to ensure minimal disruption during the transition.
Maintain documentation, training guides, and FAQs for end users.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of IT Help Desk or technical support experience (enterprise environment preferred).
Proven hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment/migration.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 features, settings, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with O365, Microsoft Admin Portals, Intune/Autopilot, SCCM, and Active Directory.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in large enterprise deployments and migrations.
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool experience.
Basic understanding of ITIL principles.
Work Details
Onsite, Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM MT (40 hours/week).
