Description
* Seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in voice recording systems.
* Responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of voice recording solutions.
* Ensure systems comply with industry regulations and standards.
* Manage technology transitions and complex projects globally.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies required.
* Position located in the Northeast Region, with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deploy voice recording solutions that meet regulatory standards.
* Manage technology changes and transitions in voice recording environments.
* Translate requests into technical scopes of work.
* Evaluate user impact and develop risk mitigation plans.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and jurisdiction requirements.
* Integrate voice recording solutions with telephony and cloud-based platforms.
* Communicate program updates to business stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications
* 10 years of experience in technology initiatives.
* Proficiency in database scripting and navigation.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to interpret technology updates for applicability.
* Effective communication skills with customers and leadership.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
* Bachelor s degree preferred.
