Duration: 12- 24+ months (High Possibility of Further Extensions)
Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings to gather business requirements
- Conduct technical design meetings
- Document requirements and solutions
- Create technical documentation including system and flow diagrams, and detailed architecture/design specifications
- Code, test, and implement software modules
- Review code and test results of other programmers
- Create physical database work tables and temporary tables and indexes
- Coordinate and conduct Unit, System and Stress testing
- Helpdesk Tickets (Day to Day questions and issues).
Skills Needed
- 24 months experience developing jurisdictional data reporting requirements using the IAIABC EDI Claims Release 3 standard and designing the associated software modules necessary to integrate the IAIABC Claims Release 3 dataset into a Claims management system used by a regulatory agency.
- 84 months experience as a technical lead supporting Claim Management computer system(s) in a regulatory environment. This includes leading design sessions with users, writing design documents and writing technical specifications.
- 84 months experience writing PowerBuilder Code
- 84 months experience with Sybase databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.
- 24 months experience with Automic Automation (formally UC-4) Batch Scheduling software
- 60 months experience with government projects that followed a Project Management methodology.
