Job Details

Job Title: Lead (SAP MM/LE) S/4HANA Upgrade/Implementation
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Logistics (SD/MM), hands-on S/4 conversion experience, and proven leadership in managing large-scale ERP initiatives. Exceptional communication and project management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects, with a primary focus on MM (Materials Management) and LE (Logistics Execution) modules.

  • Manage and guide onshore/offshore teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, perform solution design, and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.

  • Provide expertise in SAP best practices, process optimization, and change management.

  • Drive coordination for cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership and technical teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM/LE modules.

  • Strong experience in SAP Logistics (SD/MM) and Functional Configuration.

  • Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA upgrade, migration, or greenfield implementation projects.

  • Solid understanding of SAP ECC 6.0 and HANA environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management within SAP implementation programs.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Agile certification (Nice to have).

  • Experience with cloud-based SAP S/4HANA environments.

  • Background in global enterprise implementations.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities effectively.
