Job description:
  • This position will primarily support the Sr. Project Manager and Network Engineering with all analysis as in regard to Vulnerability remediation.
Manager's Notes:
  • Understanding core components like servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage systems, and cybersecurity is essential. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • PCI Audit Analysis & preparation and Making data-driven decisions is key in infrastructure planning and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to map, analyze, and optimize IT-related business processes ensures alignment between IT capabilities and business goals.
  • The ability to analyze large amount of raw data for vendor related vulnerabilities. The ability to translate technical needs into business terms (and vice versa) is crucial for project success.
  • Smartsheet Technology, Excel Advanced Skills, Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for analyzing system performance, costs, and usage trends
Candidates need to have:
  • 7+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in enterprise IT or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT core components: servers, networks, cloud (AWS, Azure), storage systems, cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with VMware, Cisco, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Experience supporting compliance and audit initiatives such as PCI-DSS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas; strong skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure project alignment and system functionality.
  • Analyze and document business and user requirements, translating them into functional specifications that support business goals.
  • Support PCI Audit analysis and preparation, ensuring infrastructure components are compliant and audit-ready.
  • Perform infrastructure performance analysis and planning using advanced tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of vendor-related vulnerabilities, identifying risk areas and suggesting mitigation strategies.
  • Map, analyze, and optimize IT-related business processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture goals and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in planning, testing, and launching system enhancements and ensure all documentation and training materials are developed and up to date.
  • Track performance trends, system usage, and costs to guide infrastructure investments.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document functional design requirements for systems and applications across all technologies.
  • Ensure proper knowledge transfer and smooth transition to support organizations prior to system go-live.
  • Maintain IT and SOX compliance by following documented protocols, controls, and best practices.
