Job Title: SAP Security Project Manager

(DevSecOps, IAM | SAP S/4 | SAP BTP | Ariba | Central Procurement | GTS | CISSP | PMP | CISA)

Location: Remote

Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, and CISA are highly preferred to ensure strong governance, risk management, and security integration across Digital Transformation programs.

• Strong expertise in project tracking tools: JIRA (Epics, Stories, Sprint Management), Confluence (Project Documentation), and ServiceNow (Request & Incident Management).

SAP Security Program Leadership:

• Lead SAP Security projects across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, Central Procurement, GTS, and Cloud solutions.
• Drive integration of DevSecOps practices and security automation within SAP delivery models and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with SAP Security Architects, Basis, Cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to implement secure design and governance models.
• Manage SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM), GRC Access Control, Role Design, and SOD remediation across multi-application environments.
• Coordinate with business teams, compliance, and audit to address regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, ITcontrols).
• Lead security controls implementation across SAP BTP, Ariba, Central Procurement, and SAP GTS.
• Conduct security workshops, assessments, cutover planning, and readiness checks for SAP projects.
• Drive security risk identification, mitigation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP Security / GRC / IAM project management experience.
• Deep experience with project governance frameworks, project tracking, RAID management, and status reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts, Role Design, SOD controls, and SAP Security best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing security in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, Central Procurement, and GTS environments.
• Expertise in JIRA (Epics, Sprints, Dashboards), MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, and collaboration tools like MS Teams & Miro.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, security automation, and integration into SAP DevOps pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe)
• SAP Certifications in Security, GRC, or SAP BTP
