- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles as well as experience working with offshore Agile product development.
- Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured, self-directed environments.
- Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Collaborative working style with an ability to be adaptable and interact with a variety of stakeholders and clients.
