Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician IV to join our team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for computer hardware, software, and network systems. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing desktop/laptop computers and network equipment, while also supporting end users with a wide range of IT needs.
This position requires a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers, network equipment, and related software.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, VPN, and peripheral devices.
- Investigate and assess user needs and recommend appropriate hardware/software solutions.
- Manage small IT projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and track tasks using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
- Support video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and RSA token technologies.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Associate's Degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with leadership and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Computers, printers, and network technologies
- Software troubleshooting and driver installation
- VPN technologies and RSA
- VTC systems and related peripherals
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
