Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Network Engineer with CCIE certification (or equivalent expertise) to lead the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex network environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions, a deep understanding of network protocols, and the ability to provide advanced support and mentorship to junior engineers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Network Engineer with CCIE certification (or equivalent expertise) to lead the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex network environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions, a deep understanding of network protocols, and the ability to provide advanced support and mentorship to junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support complex LAN, WAN, and data center networks.
- Lead network integration and migration projects across multi-vendor environments.
- Perform high-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical network issues.
- Configure and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Develop and maintain documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams on solution design and security compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and act as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Participate in change management processes and ensure network integrity during updates.
Requirements:
- CCIE certified (or equivalent senior-level experience).
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs).
- Proficiency with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, NetFlow).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SD-WAN, SDN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible, etc.).
- Familiarity with voice, video, and wireless infrastructure.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
