Job description:

  • We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Vendor Invoice Management expertise ( VIM ) .
  • This role will focus on managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial postings in SAP.
  • The candidate need to have hands-on experience with SAP FI, MM, SD integration.
  • Also, Knowledge in other FI sub modules like Account Receivable, Asset Accounting, GL account

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP FI Accounts Payable processes including vendor invoicing, payment runs, and credit memos.
  • Implement and manage settlement processes such as ERS, consignment settlements, and rebate settlements.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) reconciliation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot settlement discrepancies and AP-related issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP and settlements.
