Description:
IDOH is seeking an accomplished Cloud Architect with exceptional expertise in Azure and AWS implementation for large-scale, complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative cloud solutions, optimizing DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, and managing vendor collaborations. This role involves working closely with agency solution architects, developers, stakeholders, and Indiana Office of Technology architects on key projects, including HEARTS, EPP, and Gateway Cloud Migration. The candidate will also be responsible for securely setting up environments to meet FedRAMP or GovRAMP compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) with a focus on large-scale projects.
Architect and deploy scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
Set up environments securely in compliance with FedRAMP or GovRAMP standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices.
Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions for complex projects, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
Oversee cloud migration projects, including the internal HEARTS, EPP, and Gateway Cloud Migration, in collaboration with vendors.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
Develop and enforce cloud governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
Implement security best practices and compliance measures in cloud systems.
Design disaster recovery strategies and backup systems to ensure business continuity.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on cloud and DevOps-related topics.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and performance of cloud solutions.
