Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI roles
Strong expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense, SQL, and data modeling
Hands-on experience with ETL, data extraction, and dashboard performance tuning
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Prior consulting or cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience is a plus
- Design, develop, and optimize Qlik dashboards and data models
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into interactive reports
- Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems
- Lead initiatives to automate and enhance existing reporting processes
- Handle business intelligence, UX/UI, ETL, data extraction, data modeling, security, and performance management tasks
- Provide insights and recommendations for operational and strategic improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI best practices
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI roles
- Strong expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense, SQL, and data modeling
- Must have experience with Replicate and compose
- Hands-on experience with ETL, data extraction, and dashboard performance tuning
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
