Role Overview:
- Operational hours extend from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with no after-hours monitoring expected.
- Required proficiency in Java, Mule ESB and Salesforce, with the role entailing direct collaboration with existing technical leads for knowledge transfer, in addition to working in close association with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team.
- Responsible for assessing and ordering incident tickets alongside the Product Owner and Scrum Master, with an emphasis on determining urgency and impact on the business.
- To occasion synchronous decision-making, will convene with Product Owners and Product Delivery Managers during structured 3-in-a-Box consultations concerning incident handling and remediation strategies.
- Liaise with global teams to assess incidents and achieve resolution within assigned service level agreements.
- Vigilant in monitoring and actioning Site Reliability Engineering alerts and communications.
- Initial review and classification of incident tickets should encompass an assessment of potential business disruption and involve preliminary troubleshooting.
- Tasked with the evaluation of technological updates in concert with the Customer Delivery Services (CDS) division to ensure compatability and compliance.
- Charged with ratifying peer-reviewed solutions for incidents and ensuring the integrity of support documentation.
- Accountable for devising and assessing rollout and rollback strategies for deploying code changes to the production environment.
- Expected to compile and curate a collection of Standard Operating Procedures (Runbooks) aimed at streamlining regular production support operations.
- Should engage in the documentation of process flows and contribute towards business documentation enhancements.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is essential.

Position Requirements:
- Established track record of managing and administering software platforms and applications.
- Expert-level skills in implementing, fine-tuning, diagnosing, and providing uninterrupted support for application software.
- Superior command of automation and scripting, specializing in PowerShell and Perl.
- Should possess a strong understanding of archival or compliance technologies.
- Proven experience in managing cloud services and cloud infrastructure scenarios.
- Comprehensive knowledge of open systems archival practices and proficiency in orchestrating SaaS systems through RESTful API integrations.
