Job Title: Guidewire Lead BA
Job Term: 6-12 month contract
Location: 100% Remote
The key qualifications are:
BA/Requirements writing experience
Insurance background
Guidewire PolicyCenter experience is a must
Conversion/migration project experience is a must
Scrum Master experience leading daily stand ups and following up with testers, developers, other BAs acting as a lead is crucial experience
Candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements. They will work with IT and Business stakeholders to identify and communicate current state vs. future state gaps and help facilitate the solutioning of business problems. Experience with insurance Policy Admin system implementations (preferably Guidewire) is required. Experience with conversion/migration projects and familiarity with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies is a plus.
