Job Details
This individual will be responsible for:
- Configure, deploy and maintain data center systems and hardware components.
- Administer and manage the installation of new equipment as well as order new equipment when necessary.
- Meet with vendors to oversee maintenance and HVAC issues.
- Design flow charts, elevation charts, completing updates and providing recommendations for future expansion and updates.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with IT equipment.
- Experience with designing, commissioning, and optimizing critical infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in data center operation and maintenance.
- Hands on experience with HVAC, PDUs, UPS systems, electrical wiring, and DCIM monitoring systems.
- Minimum 3 years of windows experience.
- Proactive self started with the ability to independently identify problems.
- Having cabling knowledge is a plus.
- Relevant certifications including Data Center Certified Associate or Certified Data Center Professional are a plus.
