ServiceNow Developer

  • Create and Maintain foundation data - User Accounts, Approvers, Support Groups, Sites, Production Categorizations, and Templates.
  • Responsible for preparing design level, program-level and user-level documentation.
  • Built Reports, Gauges and Home Pages.
  • Implement, document and maintain the Service-Now platform to meet specific business needs to support ITIL and business processes.
  • Work with process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications and administer the tools and enhanced requests by java script Performing quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Create reports, workflows, data imports for Incident, Problem, Service Request, and Change Service Now modules.
  • IT Service Management and IT Infrastructure Library in ServiceNow
  • Incident management, change management, problem management, configuration management, asset management, and other ServiceNow applications
  • Database view, scripted REST API, inbound and outbound API, UI scripts, business rules, widget, and other ServiceNow Applications
  • Workflow configuration, schedule task, service watch, and other ServiceNow automation and orchestration features
  • Angular, Bootstrap, Java Scripting, HTML, and CSS
  • Work with SNOW SME, built and engineer solutions that add value to the IT Service Management organization
  • Implementation of ServiceNow core modules and applications
  • Perform day-to-day, after-hours, tactical, and strategic efforts associated with ServiceNow
  • Used UI Macros to create pages as templates on the requirement.
  • Work on CMDB, SLM from scratch.
  • Work on Update sets, UI scripts, Notifications as part of customizing the SNOW.
  • Configure SLA workflow for the advanced SLA configuration.
  • Develop ESS functionality and implemented appropriate workflow.
  • Coordinate Service Catalog options, including two-step checkout, cart controls, variables.
