OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc), we have an immediate opening for a Job Title R&D Admin Support/Procurement with one of our direct clients.

Job Title: R&D Admin Support/Procurement

Work Location: Fort Collins, CO (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

Deliverables for R&D Prototype Material Procurement & Management Services

  • Place PO s and IO's, including RMA requirements for material and schedule delivery of material in accordance with materials plan provided by CLIENT
  • For all ordered material, resolve any receipt issues (what, qty, when recv d)
  • Act as primary tactical procurement liaison with domestic and international suppliers
  • Maintain overall supply order integrity, including order acknowledgement and expediting.
  • Ensure all new material is properly classified prior to international shipments.
  • Generate shippers for material shipping from Fort Collins, CO to various CLIENT partners, both internal and external
  • Escalate issues discovered to the CLIENT Proto Manager that may have a negative influence on business metrics
  • If supplier cannot solve an issue, report the issue to the CLIENT Proto Manager
  • Respond to internal CLIENT customer inquiries. Escalate to CLIENT Proto Manager if unable to answer inquiries. Supplier will receive inquiries from CLIENT internal partners about shipment status, costs, etc.
  • Maintain and communicate with key procurement contacts at each manufacturing or support site and key supplier contacts.
  • Maintain timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices, and other documents to assure that all records are accurate and accessible to CLIENT
  • Ensure that only CLIENT approved methods of transportation are used.
  • Provide resolution on any/all problem invoices from the suppliers
