Compensation:
Pay Range:$40.94-$58.49/Hrs
Description:
* Provide application support for critical applications in the Payments space.
* Ensure applications meet 100% SLA requirements.
* Offer on-call support and manage production ticket triage.
* Prepare Root Cause Analysis documents and review Impact Analysis.
* Automate daily tasks through scripting.
* Support applications after office hours and during weekends as needed.
* Follow release management and code deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and support critical applications.
* Provide on-call support and issue triage.
* Collaborate with application and support teams for issue resolution.
* Prepare and review analysis documents.
* Automate routine tasks with scripts.
* Identify and suggest fixes for code issues.
* Manage code changes and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
* Experience with application support workload.
* Proficiency in scripting for task automation.
* Understanding of database terminologies.
* Production support experience with technologies like Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux.
