Key Responsibilities:
Work with the customer, users, subject matter experts, and application developers to define the requirements and structure for the application
Work in all phases SDLC from product design to product go-live
Hands on working on development & defect fixing for the product
Work proactively and collaboratively to design & implement new features in the product
Work with the application architects and designers to design the integration solution
Ensure that the designs fulfill the requirements, including volume, frequency needs, and long-term growth
Work with the technical SMEs and application developers to understand the data conversion requirements fully and to design the conversion procedures and applications

Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
7-10 years of experience working as a tech lead, with proven track record of managing team s deliverables along with their own priorities
Experience working for software services or product development organizations. With at least 3+ years of experience working on NodeJs, AngularJS, Python.
Experience with building enterprise applications on cloud platforms
Expert in SQL writing in MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Ability in problem reasoning and solving with creative approaches
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibility to multi task
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A self-starter & quick learner
Qualifications:
Bachelor / Masters in the field of computer science, information science, or their equivalent
Good communicator and team player with strong organizational skills
A good sense of humor and a passion for technology
