We are looking for a skilled Mobile Support Engineer to join our team in San Jose, CA 95113. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting device intelligence systems and ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the integration and usage of our mobile SDK on iOS and Android platforms.
- Develop sample apps and code snippets to guide and assist clients with SDK integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues related to SDK integration and usage, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and support teams across the globe.
- Work efficiently to manage and resolve technical customer tickets, documenting solutions and improving the customer experience.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Mobile App Development:Hands-on experience in building apps on bothiOS (Objective-C/Swift)andAndroid (Java/Kotlin).
- Technical Communication:Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively through email and phone.
- Tools Proficiency:Familiarity with platforms and tools such asGit, Android Studio, Xcode, Jira, and Confluence.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such asSwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Flutter, or React Native.
- Knowledge ofonline fraud preventionconcepts and technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug websites, including analyzing tags, trackingnetwork traffic, and leveragingbrowser developer tools.
Education & Experience
- Education:A Bachelor's degree inComputer Science,Software Engineering, or related technical fields is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
- Experience:1-2 years of experience inmobile app developmentcombined with atechnical support/customer-facing role.
