Job Details
Implementation Support Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and upgrades.
Requirement Gathering Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
Configuration Configure Oracle PPM modules such as Project Costing Project Billing Project Contracts Project Foundation Grants Management Integration Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and HR teams for seamless integration with modules like GL, AP, AR, and Revenue Management.
Testing Training Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and deliver user training sessions.
Documentation Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and configuration guides .Post-Implementation Support Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend enhancements.
Reporting Work with OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC for reporting and analytics.
Must-Have Skills
Experience 8-12 years in Oracle ERP implementations minimum 4 Oracle Cloud PPM implementations as lead consultant.
Functional Expertise
Deep knowledge of Oracle PPM Cloud offerings (Project Costing, Billing, Control).Understanding of project lifecycle, accounting principles, and financial reporting. Technical Familiarity Integration tools like FBDI, Webservices, and OIC. Data conversion migration and interface design .Tools OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC. Soft Skills Strong communication, client-facing skills, and ability to lead workshops.
Desired Competencies
Ability to design solutions for CAPEX, OPEX, and revenue allocation within PPM. Experience in creating functional design documents for RICE objects.
Familiarity with SaaS and PaaS technology stack.
