Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a System Administrator in Davie, Florida, 33314, United States. In this role, you will be working closely with the training team, ensuring smooth operation of the Learning Management System (LMS), focusing on assignment creation, class scheduling, data integrity, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage training assignments, classes, and learning groups based on training matrices.
Handle scheduling for online training classes.
Execute data audits, quality checks, and system testing to maintain accurate and consistent learning data.
Update and maintain learner records to support compliance and reporting needs.
Monitor and respond to inquiries from the e-learning mailbox, escalating as necessary to senior team members.
Work collaboratively with team members to support ongoing LMS projects and system improvements.
Uphold data integrity and confidentiality.
Fix errors that come in, including if a training is assigned to the wrong person.
Provide LMS support for the senior team members with a focus on customer experience.
Ensure accurate and timely deployment of online training programs and maintain clean, well-structured learning data.

Requirements

Applicant must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a System Administrator role or similar position

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing and manipulating data

Must possess strong Data Analytics skills to understand and interpret complex data effectively

Experience with Data Analysis Tools is required for extracting, processing, and transforming data

A strong understanding of Data Integration is necessary for merging data from different sources

The role requires the ability to carry out Analysis tasks, including data interpretation and problem-solving

Excellent Analytical Skills are needed for evaluating and implementing system improvements
