Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Walnut Creek CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the coordination of specific, simple tasks and activity coordination assistance within the work-stream of a project.
  • Will be assisting with the review of the existing Project Lifecycle Management process, coordinating modifications, and assisting with the rollout of the streamlined process.
  • Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
  • Work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
  • Manage issues in a reactive fashion.
  • Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables.
  • Gather and publish/report defined metrics data relating to project attributes.
  • Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordination of information to support the project design and planning.
  • Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents.
  • Assist the PM in producing project communications as needed.
  • Participate in and provide input to ongoing project methodology process improvement efforts.
  • Ensure organization readiness by incorporating appropriate planning, communications, and mitigation activities.


Required Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in G Suite (Google Workspace) and Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience in running reports, data analysis, and managing large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, including the operational relationships between carriers (e.g., Client), vendor construction managers, and general contractors.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and align responsibilities with leadership directives and project deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience using Client's internal software platforms, such as Fuze Projects, Fuze Tracker, or ESA.

Familiarity with telecom infrastructure projects, particularly Macro cell site modifications or In-building/Venue DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) deployments.

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, military service, and professional work experience.
