RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 in Redmond, WA.
Specifically, you will:
Own and update crucial documentation:
* Update Windows Hardware Compatibility Program (WHCP) specifications for errors and new requirements
* Own and update the Windows Certified TPMs document
* Create and update external support documentation
Review HLK test logs and diagnose test failures:
* Reproduce test failures for diagnosis
* Identify, triage, and manage bugs and tasks in the issue tracking system
Communicate with external partners including TPM partners as well as OEMs both large and small:
* Answering questions and support via e-mail
* Relay requirements requirement for HLK tests and the certification process
* Redirecting questions to the correct teams
* Communicate and review new WHCP specification changes with partners
* Coordinate with the TPM Engineering Team
Do some light coding and debugging:
* Making new HLK Filters and waivers
* Looking at test code for preliminary debugging
* Identify and implement process improvements to the overall TPM HLK program
* Shepard upcoming changes to HLK
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degrees or certificates required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required to be eligible for this role; Project Management certifications are preferred
* Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
* Scripting/basic programming skills: 5-7 years
* Microsoft Office: 5-7 years
* Azure DevOps or similar tool: 5-7 years
* Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain past experience with building Windows PCs; Ideally, with some exposure to one of the aspects of the HLK process
* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and ideal SLAs for common tasks/queries, quality of work, feedback from team and any stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
