Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Leader with a background in business consulting for the mortgage industry to join our team. In this role. You We will be responsible for leading sales efforts, collaborating closely with client and delivery teams, and leveraging your industry expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your deep understanding of the mortgage industry to provide consultative guidance to clients, helping them identify opportunities, address challenges, and make informed decisions.
  2. Establish relationship and grow Account revenue in Secondary Mortgage Business portfolios such as Single Family, Multifamily, Capital Markets, Tax, Risk Management, Accounting & Auditing
  3. Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for the mortgage industry sector.
  4. Identify potential partnerships / products in the market to build capabilities and accelerate revenue growth.
  5. Lead the creation and delivery of compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our services as solutions to client needs.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their pain points and requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, products, partnerships, and regulatory changes within the secondary mortgage industry. Use this knowledge to inform client on product and business strategies.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  9. Define and track key performance metrics related to pre-sales activities, such as win rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, and business consulting leadership roles, specifically within the mortgage industry.

- Proven track record of successfully driving business consulting sales efforts and achieving revenue targets

- Strong experience in Establishing and growing account opportunities specific to Secondary Mortgage Business such as Single Family, Multifamily, Capital Markets, Tax, Risk Management, Accounting & Auditing

- Should have managed Account Sales with a minimum of $10M P&L

- Strong business consulting skills with the ability to understand client pain points and provide effective solutions.

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

- Leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.

- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, including industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
