Job Title: Senior Android Developer III - Mobile / Web Development

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design, build, and deploy new features within the existing Android app, ensuring smooth integration and great user experience.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern Android development best practices.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to key architectural and technical decisions to improve performance, scalability, and stability.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimization: Monitor and enhance app performance, stability, and responsiveness across OS versions.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of Android ecosystem changes, frameworks, and emerging technologies to keep the app modern and competitive.
• Mentorship: Uphold and promote coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDKs, with a deep understanding of Android APIs across OS versions.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade apps with complex architecture and high performance.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, HTTP, and asynchronous data handling.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience working alongside design teams.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern Android UIs.
• Familiarity with large-scale mobile application deployments and release management.
