Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Trillium Teamologies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of large and complex data sets to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements, develop analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.
  3. Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate key findings.
  4. Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, reviewing their work and providing feedback to help them grow.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in data analysis and visualization.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a minimum of [4] years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
  3. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
  4. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  5. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
  6. Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts.
  7. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to lead and mentor junior data analysts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  2. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  3. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
  4. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  5. Active participation in data science communities or open-source projects.
