RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Software Dev Engineer II in Bellevue, WA.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our team in building and maintaining compliance tools leveraging AWS services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native development and experience with AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain compliance tools and solutions using AWS services
* Integrate various AWS services including Connect, Q Business, S3, DynamoDB, KMS, and IAM
* Implement secure data handling practices using AWS security services
* Work with natural language processing solutions using AWS Translate and AWS Comprehend
* Collaborate with compliance teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of software development experience
* Communication skills

Strong experience with AWS services, particularly:
* Connect
* Q Business
* AWS KMS
* AWS IAM
* AWS Translate
* AWS Comprehend
* Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript/HTML/CSS/preferred)
* Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:
* AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer)
* Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
