RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in search of a Product Manager to join their team in New York, NY. This position is full time, direct hire, and hybrid on-site 4-days a week.

Summary:
This role is tailored for professionals who excel in translating complex business requirements into technological solutions, particularly within our robust Salesforce-based CRM environment.

Duties:
* Spearheading initiatives for our Global Client Solutions and Private Wealth Solutions divisions, focusing on CRM, integrations, and data management
* Pivotal in translating business objectives into actionable features and enhancements, ensuring that our technology solutions align seamlessly with strategic goals
* Bridge the gap between IT and the business, using your analytical prowess to distill complex concepts into clear requirements and user stories; Your work will directly influence the systems and tools that manage fundraising CRM data, investor lifecycle workflows, and the integration of content into a variety of internal applications
* As a Product Manager, you will be the linchpin that transforms business objectives into impactful product features
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM-related products, from conception through launch and continuous enhancement
* Work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed our stakeholders' expectations
* Defining product roadmaps, prioritizing feature sets to ensure alignment with business goals, and guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery; Your role will directly influence the tools managing fundraising CRM data, workflows governing investor lifecycle, and content integration into various internal applications

REQUIREMENTS:
* A solid foundation in product management, with at least 5 years of experience managing technology products, preferably in the CRM domain
* Experience with data analysis and the ability to work closely with data teams to define and oversee data requirements and structures
* Industry knowledge to inform CRM data management related to Wirehouses, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Independent Broker-Dealers (IBDs), and institutional clients
* Strong understanding of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and experience with enterprise-level integration projects
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, create advanced spreadsheets, and utilize pivot tables and macros for data management and decision-making
* Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
* Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate workshops and meetings
* Ability to collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of features

Preferred:
* Certification as a Salesforce Administrator or experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
* Experience in using SQL reporting and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies
* Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and utilizing data analytics to inform product strategy
* Familiarity with modern product management practices, including roadmap strategy, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies
* Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
