What You ll Be Doing

You ll join a high-impact Agile team building out a robust Data Integration Hub a mission-critical system that centralizes and mobilizes data across multiple platforms and sources. Your role will flex between data acquisition, transformation logic, documentation, and technical leadership, with plenty of room to leave your fingerprint on the process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead or collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of the hub using Agile SDLC methodology

• Automate data acquisition from a diverse set of sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDF you name it)

• Write complex, performant SQL scripts to support transformation and dimensional modeling

• Develop and maintain Informatica Power Center or IICS workflows to integrate, transform, and load data

• Build views and materialized views in Oracle and/or Snowflake to support downstream analytics

• Support testing across the board: integration, load, and stress testing

• Work closely with architecture and data engineering teams to validate and optimize solutions

• Create technical documentation, data maps, flow diagrams, and solution design specs

• Join sprint ceremonies, participate in user story development, and collaborate with business stakeholders

• Translate shifting business requirements into scalable technical solutions fast

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Have Experience:

• 8+ years designing and building ETL processes using Informatica (Power Center or IICS)

• 8+ years developing SQL scripts (Oracle and/or Snowflake) for fast, scalable transformation

• Strong experience integrating data from varied sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDFs)

• Systems analysis experience within a data warehouse or performance analytics environment

• Experience building and documenting technical workflows, mapping diagrams, and system documentation

• Solid understanding of Agile development and SDLC principles

• Ability to write clean, testable code and navigate multi-product environments with ease

Preferred Experience:

• Communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills especially when juggling sprint cycles

• Experience on Agile Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA

• Prior work in healthcare, HHS, or data systems that handle PHI/PII

• Python scripting experience for testing or automation

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, or Mulesoft (bonus if you ve deployed CI/CD pipelines with GitHub/Git Actions)

• C# or other backend development experience is a nice add
