• Expertise in material selection, concept development, design, testing, and manufacturing procedures.

What you need to succeed:

• 5-7 years engineering/design experience in connector industry
• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard business applications
• Ability to lead projects from inception to implementation
• Proficient in troubleshooting, investigation, and report preparation
• Skilled in 3D/2D modeling, mechanical tolerance studies, material specification, and finite element analysis
• Experience in prototype testing and design validation
