We're looking for a highly skilled and personable Senior IT Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience to join our team.

responsibilities:

You'll be a key player in:



  • Analyzing data and processes to recommend IT improvements.
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders to develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Proactively managing project scope, risks, and communication.
  • Directing team meetings and providing guidance to team members.


qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have:



  • 7+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and people skills.
  • Expertise in Excel and Visio.

skills: Bonus Points: Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other PM certifications are a plus, as is experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud solutions.
