Remote Workday Financials Implementation Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a certified Workday Financials Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Procurement, Suppliers, Banking & Settlements, and Expenses workstreams. This role will serve as the functional lead, driving design, configuration, testing, and deployment in collaboration with business and technical teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials modules: Procurement, Suppliers, Banking & Settlements, and Expenses
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into system solutions
• Configure and test each workstream, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements
• Drive system integration planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure a successful rollout
• Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, process improvements, and change management
• Create and maintain documentation for configuration, testing, and training
• Support knowledge transfer and enablement of internal teams
  

Required Qualifications

• Must Have Active Workday Certifications in Procurement (P2P), Expenses, Banking & Settlements, and Suppliers
• 3 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience
• Proven track record leading functional workstreams through full lifecycle implementations
• Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes, internal controls, and compliance
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill
