SAP Data Conversion Consultant

• Collaborate with the client conversion team and business teams to grasp the expectations of S4 conversion.
• Perform data conversion build and unit testing.
• Work closely with internal and client process teams to complete pre-load and post-load validation activities.
• Coordinate data load/cutover activities with the offshore team and other workstreams.
• Provide SIT/ITC support and resolve data defects.
• Support functional teams in Xref Prep Validation, Pre & Post load validation activities, and Costing run.

Skills:

• Strong experience with ETL tools like SAP BODS and/or SYNITI ADM tool.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end data conversion and migration processes.
• Possesses strong knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies for large-scale data conversions, integrations, and migrations.
• Ability to use data mapping tools to prepare data for data loads based on target system specifications.
• Proficient in SQL scripting.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with leaders, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and test data conversions.
• Ability to determine daily priorities to achieve business objectives.
• Experience in Mock cutovers, SIT, UAT, and go-live support
