PMO Governance/ Resource Demand Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a PMO Governance in Doral, FL area.

Overview:
The PMO Governance/Resource Demand Analyst is responsible for partnering with Portfolio Leads and IT leaders to establish and manage the governance structure, processes, and tools for the efficient and successful execution of projects. In addition, this role is responsible for leading the coordination and optimization of resource allocation to meet evolving project demands. This strategic role is critical in driving operational excellence by ensuring the right resources are aligned to the right projects at the right time.

This role makes process and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) recommendations to portfolio leaders to improve project management outcomes; documents processes and procedures and trains project managers, resource managers, vendors, etc.; assists with hiring and onboarding of project managers; contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and partnership with a willingness to proactively coach, facilitate, share knowledge, and be the role model and advocate for a changing technology organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) upon hire
* Project Management Professional (PMP) upon hire
* 5+ years of leading technical projects in a formal PMO
* 5+ years of establishing PMO processes and tools in a formal PMO
* 5+ years of creating meaningful stats and status reports
* 5+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or related functions within a technology organization
* 5+ years of experience with resource planning tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI)
* 1+ years of experience working in an IT organization as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
* 1+ years of the cruise and/or travel industry

Preferred Skills:
* Solid knowledge of various Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) frameworks
* Solid knowledge of project management financials
* Exposure to Power BI and PowerApps
* Solid knowledge of various project management applications and tools
* Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
