Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Document functional specifications and translate them into SAP technical requirements.
SAP Solution Design & Implementation
- Configure and customize SAP modules (commonly FI/CO, MM, SD, and integration with healthcare systems like EHR).
- Support integration of SAP with healthcare applications and third-party systems.
Process Improvement
- Analyze current workflows in healthcare operations (billing, patient management, supply chain).
- Recommend SAP-driven solutions to enhance compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Testing & Validation
- Develop test plans and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7 interoperability).
Training & Support
- Prepare user manuals and deliver SAP training for healthcare staff.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot SAP-related issues.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate reports for management on SAP performance and healthcare KPIs.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Healthcare Administration.
- 8 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD; knowledge of ABAP is a plus).
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
