IT Client Advocate (Hybrid)

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Client Advocate for a Hybrid (On-Site every Tuesday and Wednesday) opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will act as liaison between clients and the I/S organization, providing business direction to systems and programming areas on work efforts. Must have strong communication skills to all levels of management and relationship management experience.

Required Qualifications of the IT Client Advocate:

• Applicants Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate s degree in any major.
• 5 years I/T related experience to include experience in client relationship, I/S marketing, and process/product improvement
• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have strong communication skills to all levels of management with the ability to translate technical terms

Responsibilities of the IT Client Advocate:

• Responsible for supporting internal and external customer business needs
• Acting as liaison between clients and the I/S organization, providing business direction to systems and programming areas on work efforts
• Work in tandem with the customers to collect and document business needs to turn into High Level Estimates
• Seeking relationship management experience

Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site in Columbia, SC every Tuesday and Wednesday and as needed.
