Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
Participate as a core member of the A&F IT/OSD technical team.
Design, develop, and enhance applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, JSON, and jQuery.
Enhance and maintain the Contract User Guide (CUG) and Statewide Contract (SWC) Index applications.
Validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify, document, and resolve data issues in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Perform application testing to ensure accessibility compliance.
Document end-to-end processes and data flows.
Follow established business, technical, and project management standards aligned with EOTSS principles, including:
Best development practices
Meeting management
Project plans and status reporting
Dashboards, risk and issue tracking
Change request and resource management
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience with:
ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, JSON, and jQuery
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Expert-level programming and troubleshooting skills.
Strong experience in performance tuning and dynamic SQL.
Ability to quickly analyze and work within existing codebases.
Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding standards, and documentation.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to new business environments and work cultures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on government or public-sector projects.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
