Job Details

Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN network equipment and related services across multiple geographies

Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems of varying degrees of complexity

Preform installation and maintenance of network hardware in remote co-location facilities.

Assist in network operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration.

Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years working in Internet related fields
  • Experience with Cisco NX-OS, and IOS-XE (PAN-OS a Plus)
  • Experience with network virtualization technologies
  • Experience with Firewall configuration and maintenance
  • Security centric with experience in crypto technologies (IKE, IPSEC, SSL)
  • A strong understanding of the OSI network model and TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, etc
  • Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols, WAN Optimization, network monitoring and security utilities.
  • Palo Alto Networks Firewall Experience
  • Silver-Peak Experience (WAN Optimization and SDWAN)
  • Experience with BGP, QoS, F5 Load-Balancers
  • Current CCNA Certification
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems operation and server operating systems
