Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Program Operations Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in a rapidly expanding service sector.
<>Responsibilities</>- Analyze and identify growth opportunities within the supply chain, focusing on key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organic growth through various marketing channels.
- Design and manage incentive programs to boost partner engagement and performance.
- Launch and oversee affiliate programs, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and operational processes.
- Take ownership of business outcomes, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, growth strategies, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Experience in designing and managing partnership programs and sales cycles.
- Consulting background with an MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and performance marketing.
- Experience in developing incentive structures and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau for data visualization.
